She & Banner.

First off, I have Zooey Deschanel's side project from acting, her musical duo with musician M. Ward which they call "She & Him." The album is extremely varied, from some folk, to some indie, to something more pop but not exactly pop. This track is the first off their album titled "Volume One" which I liked from the get go and can still like.

And for the other end of the spectrum, we have David Banner's new single "Get Like Me." When I first heard this on the radio, I thought it was T.I. due to the chorus sounding EXACTLY like him. But apparently not and it's just Yung Joc doing it. The song has an extremely catchy chorus, due to the fact that they chop it up just a little bit, which I am a total sucker for. (Just stop the song before it gets to Jim Jones' verse, he is retarded and I wish somebody would shoot that guy in the vocal chord. Chris Brown, however, puts a different twist on this song that is welcomed.)

And as a little bonus, I'll show y'all a song that I know you will never hear on the radio or almost anywhere else (unless you're already into this kinda stuff, then sorry). It's actually a remix with the original being done by a band I doubt you would've heard of either. Anyways, the video is of the original, and the zshare is to the much much superior remix done by The Twelves (one of my favorite remixers).

(p.s here's an acoustic version done by Kate Nash, really great stuff.)
